10 day Xmas and NYE break; The hotel has just re opened after a substantial and well planned refurbishment, which looks stunning. The fasade and reception is great, clean, modern and fantastically done. The rooms have been transformed into amazing looking suites, really fresh and modern. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Pillar assisted in planning my Xmas day marriage proposal, which was brilliant by the pool with a bottle of champagne, Xmas morning. Thank you Pillar!! Narath, Alison and the other bar staff, run a well ran bar, nothing is too much for guests. First class front off house team. Restaurant is impeccable. Xmas day gala night was very good and great food. Pool furniture is first class and excellent, the sun shone for 10 days. This made for a great get away, well done and thank you Hotel Rondo.

We booked HL Rondo hotel as a last minute holiday for our family this summer from 2nd aug-8th aug2022 After booking all inclusive I was a little concerned when reading some of the reviews, however, on arrival we were met with a extremely friendly staff team, spacious and clean rooms and warm food. Our entire stay remained the same!! The staff are more than helpful, the food was nice and the room were clean! We ventured over to the sister hotel on a couple of evenings to watch the entertainment and again we couldn’t have been asked for more. Polite friendly staff and good music! On other evenings we took a short walk to the two main shopping centres which are full of different restaurants and entertainment. Considering we booked this very last minute and the price for all inclusive was very fair, we really couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks HL Rondo!! We will definitely stay with you again if we return to playa del ingles!

zwembad veels te koud net terug van vakantie zwembad wordt verwarmd tot eind maart vanaf 17-04-2022 tm 24-04-2022 geweest het eten is er erg goed vriendelijk personeel erg hulpzaam mooie kamers erg schoon hotel erg schoon alleen na 22.30 uur moet je voor drinken gaan betalen dat is minder

Prima hotel. Schoon, fijne brede stevige bedden. Heerlijke buffers. Vriendelijk personeel. Shuttlebus naar strand, maar in 20 minuten ben je er ook lopend. Kleine supermarkt naast het hotel is makkelijk. Het enige nadeel is lawaai van de drukke wegen naast het hotel en soms van muziek uit andere hotels; overigens is dat alleen hinderlijk als je op het balkon zit en overdag. ' s Nachts is het stil in de kamers. Veel echtparen komen er al jaren. Vooral Nederlandse en Duitse 65+ers (80 procent) en enkele homoparen. Wij hebben er heerlijk 18 dagen eind januari 2020 gezeten met temperaturen van 20-30 graden . Het zwembad was eigenlijk te koud met 17 graden. Prima hotel! Wil je rust dan kies je voor een huisje aan de overkant bij Miraflor, ook dat hoort bij Rondo; je eet bij Rondo bijv. en daar is ook je receptie. Voor zowel zwembad als buffet kan je zelf kiezen tussen Rondo en Miraflor. Auto huren bij Sunny op 4 minuten is zeer betrouwbaar, maar wel van te voren regelen.

Super room. nice lication, good food and service. Never go to the masseur in Miraflor this man really don’t know what a sportmassage means. Busy for 1 hour. Not one muscle group was approached in the right way. Only my legg’s which was terible. He touched my brest. 5 seconds, my back 5 seconds. My hands seconds. Very bad!!!!

First two times were great but this third time was amazing. We were here for 9 days with our kids aged 11 and 5. We were wonderfully surprised to discover that we were given an upgraded room and with some ice cold bubbly and a bottle of red wine plus a very nice box of chocolate candies. I believe this was due to the fact that this was our third stay here. As expected, we felt great and the kids even better. Atmosphere relaxed, smiles everywhere. Rooms spotless, swimming pool areas the same. Even in the 2 days a week when there was no cleaning service available, the maids asked us if we need clean bathroom towels. Dining area very well looked after and waiters were paying attention to collect the emptied plates from your table in order for us to get the next plate. Food was of a great choice, and even some items were available daily I did not feel anything like repetitiveness, as there was a lot of choice. Kids always found something to enjoy, besides the deserts.
